Robin Onrust

Robin Onrust was born in The Netherlands (Leeuwarden) on 19 September 1985. He was raised in a musical family. His dad and mom are professional musicians at a symphony orchestral, and his brother plays bass and keyboard in a reggae band.

Robin has played piano from his 4th until his 16th anniversary. He began with classical music lessons, but after a while he wanted something divergent. He wanted to play some lighter music and started lessons at the NMI in Groningen. The lessons where based on jazz music. This was more his thing, because of the groovy rhythm of jazz music.

He came in touch with electronic music when he was 17. Because of his interest in progressive trance he started organizing progressive trance party's with friends, and had several live performances as a DJ. While working as a sound engineer he became interested in programming and producing his own electronic tracks. Today he has several tracks and he keeps on developing new ideas and sounds.
